Battery maintenance (for battery-powered type): For lead-acid batteries, it is necessary to check the battery level regularly and replenish distilled water or special electrolyte in time. Charge according to the specified charging time and charging method, avoid overcharging or overdischarging, so as to prolong the service life of the battery. Although lithium-ion batteries do not need to check the liquid level frequently, they also need to pay attention to charge management to avoid overheating or over-discharging the battery.

Brake System Inspection: Inspect the brakes on a quarterly basis to see if the brake pads are worn. If the brake pads are seriously worn, they need to be replaced in time. At the same time, the braking clearance is adjusted to ensure that the braking system is sensitive and reliable.

Regular maintenance: According to the use of the vehicle and the manufacturer's suggestions, the electric flat car is regularly fully maintained. The maintenance content includes the inspection, lubrication, fastening and maintenance of the drive system, electrical system, wheel bearings and other components, and timely discovers and deals with potential faults to ensure that the vehicle is always in good operating condition.
