QY Type Insulated Bridge Crane consists of four main parts: box-shaped girder bridge structure, trolley running mechanism, trolley, and electrical equipment. In order to prevent the current on the live equipment from being transmitted to the crane through the hoisted components during the working process, endangering the life safety of the driver, several insulation devices are installed at appropriate parts of the crane.

Aluminum electrolysis workshop: During the production process of aluminum electrolysis cells, the electrolysis cells have strong current and high voltage, and cranes are required for frequent material lifting operations. Insulated bridge cranes can effectively isolate the metal structure of the crane from the live parts of the electrolysis cell to prevent current from passing through the crane. For example, in the process of lifting aluminum ingots, the insulated bridge crane can take the aluminum ingots out of the electrolysis cell and transport them to the designated location without affecting the normal operation of the electrolysis cell.
Calcium carbide furnace workshop: Insulated bridge cranes are used for charging and slag removal of calcium carbide furnaces. For example, when adding raw materials to the calcium carbide furnace, the insulated bridge crane can accurately lift the materials to the designated location to avoid operational errors or safety accidents caused by electrical interference.
Other industrial production sites with strong electrical environments: In some industrial production areas with strong electrical equipment or high voltage environments, such as equipment installation and maintenance sites of large substations, and some special manufacturing industries that require high voltage electricity for processing, insulated bridge cranes can complete equipment lifting, material handling and other tasks without interfering with the normal operation of strong electrical equipment.
